1969 Chevrolet Nova

A period-correct-looking Nova SS hiding a comprehensively modern car underneath. The stroked big-block runs electronic fuel injection and modern ignition, driving through a Tremec TKX five-speed with a proper overdrive for motorway work. Wilwood discs at all four corners, a fully triangulated four-link rear, coilovers and rack-and-pinion steering. It stops, turns and idles like something built this decade, and still looks like it belongs in 1969.
