The Story
The 1970 Torino got the swooping fastback roofline Ford needed for superspeedway racing, and the Cobra package added the 429 in Super Cobra Jet form with the Drag Pack: solid lifters, an oil cooler, a Holley 780 and a 4.30 Detroit Locker rear. Grabber Blue over black vinyl, blacked-out bonnet with pins, and an exhaust note that makes small children point. Restored in 2019 and used sparingly since.
